Mathematical description of dynamic systems - continuous and discrete time systems. Stability - definitions of stability. Phase plane and phase trajectories. Introduction to chaotic systems. Controllability, observability and feedback. Optimal control. Kuhn-Tucker optimality conditions. Pontryagin maximum principle. Singular controls. Numerical methods.
