Renal and hepatic disease, calculations using serum creatinine and creatine clearance. Pharmacokinetics in neonates and the elderly. Maximum and minimum steady state concentrations. Clinical pharmacokinetics of digoxin, theophylline, phenytoin, and gentamicin therapies.
