Nature and identification of weathered rocks. Regolith geochemistry in exploration. Principles of trace element analysis. Soil, drainage sediment, laterite, vegetation and groundwater surveys. Primary and secondary dispersion and case histories. Regolith geochemistry and the environment. Fieldwork exercises.
