| Syllabus: | In this unit students engage in a review of quantitative and qualitative research in pharmacology, pharmaceutical science and pharmacy practice. Students will work collaboratively to learn about the pharmaceutical research process - specifically scientific research principles, statistical analysis of research data and research practices relevant to pharmacology. Students will develop skills in searching for evidence-based pharmacological data, critical evaluation of research literature, referencing, research report preparation and oral communication of research findings. |
