Review of descriptive statistics; concepts of hypothesis testing; estimation and confidence intervals; parametric and non-parametric statistical analysis; correlation coefficients; statistical quality control and use of statistical software. Research methodology; validity and reliability; literature review; generation of research hypothesis; design of experiments; analysis and evaluation of results; preparation of research proposals; report writing, time and data management. |
