| Syllabus: | The unit covers pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis and clinical decision-making for individuals with adverse health events: respiratory, cardiovascular, neoplasia, hepatobiliary, gastrointestinal and urological dysfunction. Students learn about changes to normal brain functioning; impacting upon cognition: dementia, delirium. The unit focuses on quality use of medicines. |
