| Syllabus: | Cardiovascular therapy: treatment of ischaemic heart disease, arrhythmias, cardiac failure and hypertension. Therapeutics of neurological and psychiatric disorders; rheumatic and bone disorders; diabetes, hyperlipidaemia and endocrine disorders; gastrointestinal, liver and pancreatic disorders. Drug metabolism and the liver. Treatment of common skin disorders and common eye problems. Drug utilisation review. Adverse drug reactions. Patient education. Ward pharmacy services. |
