314574 v.1 Accounting and Chinese Double Major

Introduction

This double major is designed for those intending to become professional accountants, and to specialise in Chinese business and related areas. It provides a good foundation for those entering the accounting profession who wish to have knowledge and understanding of Chinese language (Mandarin), culture, and business practices. It is recognised as being acceptable for Associate membership of CPA Australia and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and entry to the ICAA graduate program.
