Introduction
This eight unit major is offered in the Bachelor of Commerce and is designed for people interested in working in the international food industry. The major focuses on the output end of the food value chain with graduates pursuing careers in purchasing and procurement, category management, key account management, food wholesaling and distribution, logistics and shipping, commodity trading, international finance, value chain management and retailing.
