Introduction
This research course caters for those with research interests in environmental biology, agriculture, horticulture, food and wine production, coastal zone management or aquaculture, and provides opportunities to develop specialist knowledge by research and the preparation of a thesis.
Course Entry Requirements /Prerequisites
An undergraduate program in a feild relating to the environment, biology, agriculture (including horticulture), food or wine science, coastal zone management or aquaculture , with at least a second class honours or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary educational institution. Postgraduate Diploma will also be considered for entry to this course.
Course Organisation
This course is studied as a research degree. The content of the degree should be determined in consultation with the postgraduate coordinator. Department of Environment and Agriculture. Students without prior studies in research methods and statistical data analysis will be required to undertake relevant preparatory units. This will increase the stated course duration.
