Syllabus:	Determinants of health and global chronic health conditions. Pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis and clinical decision making to support self-management of individuals with adverse health events associated with chronic disease: pain, stress, altered healing, altered mobility, anxiety, depression, immune dysfunction, fluid and electrolyte disturbances. Diabetes mellitus. Introduction to pharmacology.
