Syllabus (HB): | The aim of this unit is to provide you with a high level understanding of the process of project management. Project management is increasing becoming important as a core business process of organisations. The unit will cover the project management processes of scope management, time management, cost management, risk management, procurement management, quality management, and human resource management.. Core project management concepts will also covered, such as: the definition of the project, the project life cycle, project success. As graduate students with considerable work experience, you will have the opportunity to discuss and share your own experiences and situations with other participants. |
