Syllabus: Grape and Wine Technology 302 is based on fields of study which have contributed recent and significant developments to the wine and viticulture industries. Each field of study will run over a two week period; the first week will involve a lecture on the topic and the second week a tutorial. Substantial student involvement in the tutorials will be required.
