Syllabus: The unit examines the critical role of clinical leaders in achieving health service outcomes at a strategic level. It examines the application of health policy, health economics and legislation to the delivery of health care, the intersection of organisational planning and health service planning, the application of systems thinking, evidence based clinical and management practice, advocacy for safe practice and the marketing of health services.
