Syllabus: Exercise physiology; muscle performance in sport; strength and conditioning; different training regimen for different sports; enhancing sports performance for example optimizing nutrition, use of drugs in sport; sprint and endurance athletes; climatic conditions including heat and cold; dehydration, heat stress, heat stroke and rehydration; optimizing athletic performance in team sports; working with multidisciplinary teams to optimise sports performance.
