313919 v.2 Chinese Double Degree Major (S&E)

Introduction

Completion of this Chinese double degree major will provide students with the ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese. The major also provides an insight of Chinese culture. To successfully complete this major, students are required to complete two faculty core units, ten Chinese core units and two elective units. Students can commence with Chinese 111, or a more advanced unit depending on the student's communicative ability (after consultation with the Chinese teaching staff).
