Introduction

This double degree major provides the relevant knowledge and skills required for career advancement and management positions in the rapidly expanding tourism, hospitality and event industries in Australia and overseas. It includes study of the management of travel agency and leisure facility environments, the impact of tourism, hospitality and events on the local and global economy and the development of tourism as an important invisible export.
