Syllabus: Provides an overview of comparative intensive cropping and livestock systems and future international food production challenges. Basics of global sustainable agricultural production systems. This unit will investigate a range of farming systems used for food and fibre production, focussing on crop and animal systems. This unit has a field trip component.
