Syllabus: Group development, process and design applicable to work and training settings. Group process and development, and understanding the relevance of group work within a range of work and training settings. Develop understanding of groups in action through theoretical and applied material, practical examples and experience of group membership and group leadership. Group design process and development in relation to psycho-educational groups.
