Syllabus: Abstraction of information from clinical records for further development of skills in the clinical classification of diseases and procedures in medicine using the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, tenth edition, Australian modification (ICD-10-AM). Enhanced understanding of the structure and conventions associated with ICD-10-AM, in abstracting relevant clinical information from medical records.
