Introduction

The course is designed for those intending to expand on their previous academic or professional background to become members of the Australian Property Institute (API).

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisties

A bachelor degree in a discipline other than property studies from a recognised tertiary institution.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.

Duration and Availability

This course is three years taught only on a part-time basis. The course is not available to international students.

Intermediate Awards

A student who has successfully completed all the requirements of the Graduate Certificate in Property Investment and Graduate Diploma in Property may apply for graduation in that award subject to approval of the Head of School. For further definition refer to the Statement and Awards section under General Information.

Intermediate Awards II

Graduate Certificate in Property Investment; Graduate Diploma in Property.

Professional Recognition

Graduates are eligible for admission to the Australian Property Institute (API).

Additional Course Expenses

Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.

Special Note

Students are required to have access to a computer with a CD Rom drive.
