Syllabus: This unit examines concepts and theories related to the management of total rewards systems in organisations. The importance of remuneration in reinforcing an organisations culture. International trends on reward management and employee benefits and incentives for retention strategies and productivity gains will be examined. Job evaluation and techniques for managing performance of employees.
