Syllabus: Valuation theory and practice explores the application of valuations across the Australian property industry in. Specialists from industry will present valuation theory, describe examples of the practical use of valuations, examine risk management within valuation and discuss valuation industry guidelines. This unit prepares students to commence their 120 hours of practical experience under the supervision of a Licensed Valuer as mentor who will supervise valuation work experience.
