Syllabus: The nature of human motor actions. How efficient motor skills are developed and controlled, from both cognitive and dynamical systems approaches, and their classification and measurement. The integrated development of perception and action. A basic understanding of how to design motor development programs. The integration of theory and practical work develops key competencies for teaching skill development.
