Syllabus: Evolution of the role of the pharmacist in the pharmacy business management; management models and strategies within community pharmacy. Advanced pharmacy management; personnel management, change management, information management, and financial management. Industrial relations matters pertaining to small business. Small business and the law. Buying and selling a pharmacy. Oral and written communication and presentation skills in disseminating and building variable support for developed business plan strategies.
