Syllabus: Basics of sustainable horticultural productions systems and their management. This unit will focus on a range of intensive horticulture production systems mainly tropical, subtropical and temperate fruits and vegetable crops. Production systems management including irrigation, nutrition and integrated crop protection. This unit has an orchard and vegetable farm visits component.
