Syllabus: Dosage form design includes preformulation, sterilisation and aseptic compounding, preservation and drug stability. Protein formulation: drug delivery via various routes of administration includes controlled release oral dosage forms, pulmonary, transdermal, parenteral, implants, targeted drug delivery. Biopharmaceutics: bioavailability and bioequivalence, dissolution test, generic substitution.
