Introduction

The Diploma is designed for those who want to enhance their prospects in the property industry, as well as those wanting to enter the industry for the first time. The Graduate Diploma course incorporates the Graduate Certificate in Property and adds more specialist topics such as property finance and development to a student’s knowledge base.

Course Entry Requirements/Prequisites

Either a degree in a discipline other than property studies or completion of a Graduate Certificate in Property.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.

Duration and Availability

This course is taught over two years on a part-time basis. The course is not available to international students.

Intermediate Awards 1

A student who has successfully completed the requirements of an approved intermediate award may apply for graduation in that award subject to approval of Head of School/Department. Fees apply. Intermediate award(s) approved for this course are:
