Syllabus: This unit focuses on developing a strong foundation in accounting concepts and financial management for managers and professionals without formal business qualifications. It aims to increase knowledge and understanding regarding a company's financial position and offers practical solutions for interpreting the impact of financial and triple bottom line (TBL) issues on business decisions. With a strong practical component, this unit will enable students to develop the skills and vocabulary necessary for communicating effectively with finance and accounting managers.
