Syllabus: Using a systems approach: assess, manage, document and evaluate care related to specialised health care: Interdependent roles and function of health care teams. Integrated clinical decision making via scenarios. Case management and review. De-escalation,counselling and negotiation. Therapeutic Interventions in clients with severe mental illness.
