Syllabus: Special purpose valuations for complex and specialist properties and statutory requirements, rural valuation principles, high-volume retail properties, licensed premises, business valuation principles, valuation of leasehold and other partial interests, rental determination and arbitration procedures, statutory valuation overview for rating and taxing procedures, automated valuation models (AVM's), valuation for compensation and resumption, valuation for court proceedings, contaminated sites, valuation guidance notes and standards, case studies.
