Syllabus: Exercise physiology including muscle strength and endurance measurement, assessment of aerobic capacity, exercise program development and evaluation. Human cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal physiology. Responses to resistance and aerobic exercise, and exercise prescription in healthy and clinical populations.
