Syllabus: Introduction and development of clinical skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy relevant to spinal and peripheral disorders. Development of clinical reasoning skills through the interpretation of patient information and physical examination findings. Classification of musculoskeletal disorders as a basis for treatment prescription. Application and refinement of treatment methods including joint and soft tissue mobilisation, exercise prescription and self-management advice.
