Syllabus:	Boolean algebra and logic. Common electronic logic families. Basic electronic design with logic devices. Number systems. Switching theory. Combinatorial logic design. Some common combinatorial modules. Concepts of sequential logic. Synchronous and asynchronous circuits. Memory devices and memory design. Basic finite state machines and applications. Introduction to logic design via HDLs.
