Syllabus:	Finding authorised marketing law and associated legal material on the web; The legal risks to a manufacturer and supplier arising at the time of production, in developing the information on packaging, and in advertising and selling goods and services; The legal responsibilities of suppliers and manufacturers for defective goods, the role of the ACCC.
