Syllabus:	Supply chain terms, concepts and operation; logistics as the management of bi-directional flows of goods, services and information between point of origin and point of consumption; elements of information systems - architecture, data, information, databases, functions and business processes; electronic commerce and SCM; ERP functions and SCM; IS for decision support in SCM; Global aspects of IT and logistics management; relevant ethics and environment considerations; using IS for effective competitive advantage in supply chains.
