Syllabus:	Dispensing extemporaneous compounded pharmaceutical and proprietary medications with the application of pharmaceutical care to the process; social pharmacy, the illness behavioural models and other psychological models relevant to pharmacy; legislation applicable to schedule 8 drugs and the management of the profession of pharmacy: Poison's Act and Regulations and the Pharmacy Act and Regulations; veterinary pharmacy - common diseases of domestic animals and their drug treatment; rural pharmacy - uniquechallenges to health in rural Australia and the role of the pharmacist; pharmaco-economics - issues in public health, markets of pharmaceuticals and principles of pharmaco-economics; The Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia and New Zealand - itsrole and responsibilities.
