Introduction

This stream is designed to provide enhanced competence in hospital pharmacy practice with a particular emphasis on clinical pharmacy and related skills. It should be studied by all pharmacists as a prerequisite or in conjunction with the practice of clinical pharmacy. It also includes appropriate skills to establish research and quality assurance processes in a hospital pharmacy.
