Syllabus: Advanced level of communication skills, professional behaviour and ability to address legal and ethical issues related to sports physiotherapy practice. All assessments and management in sports physiotherapy are based on an advanced level of clinical reasoning. An advanced level of theoretical and clinical specialised competency in prevention, assessment and rehabilitation of sports specific injuries. Consider current research findings to evaluate the level of evidence for the efficacy of sports physiotherapy practice. Supervised clinical experience in sports injury clinics, armed services and private practice. Sports coverage for competitive events. Advanced level of documentation and report writing.
