Syllabus: Development of capacities for individual investigation, research and the solution of a planning problem. Development of abilities to identify a problem, undertake original empirical research, analyse data using appropriate quantitative and qualitative techniques and formulate recommendations and conclusions. Advances knowledge in some elements of planning and practically applies some techniques of planning.
