Workshop: 1 x 1.5 Hours Fortnightly
Syllabus: Introduction to descriptive and inferential statistics as well as the SPSS computer-based statistical package. Selected topics covered include measurement, central tendency and variability, the normal distribution, z-scores, the t-test, one-way analysis of variance, bivariate correlation and the chi-square test and non-parametric alternatives.
