Syllabus: Exploration of fundamental skill sand conceptual approaches, and their potential applications, in an examination of contemporary art practice. Students undertake a number of staff-initiated projects and self-directed projects to develop advanced skills in the implementation of techniques and processes of one of the following specialisations within the visual arts: drawing, figure drawing, fibre/textiles, fashion, painting, print media, sculpture, jewellery/3D design, electronic arts, audio-visual installation, and photography.
