Risk evaluation and assessment. Current techniques - Quantitative Structure Activity Relationships (QSAR) in environmental toxicology. Risk and public perception. Communicating risk to industry, government and community. Political implications in risk analysis. Risk management - relevant legislation and concept of acceptable levels of risk.
