Syllabus:

Focus on the issues and practices of day-to-day facilitation and examination of the strategic issues associated with developing a learning culture within an organisation. Examination of experiential approaches to learning along with in-depth knowledge of learning theories and the learning organisation. Investigation of learning experiences encouraging thoughtful reflection about adult learning theories and application.
