Syllabus:

Management of services impacting on community and individual health determinants through functions of planning, finance, marketing, human resources and law. Dynamic nature of industrial relations, decision-making, work organisation, motivation, leadership and conflict. Interactions of organisations and influence of societal change through the organisational management process. This unit is offered as distance education, students are to maintain a self-directed study program.
