Syllabus:

Organisational forms - traditional, distributed, virtual, regional, global, distributed multidisciplinary and multicultural work teams. Business process design, electronic commerce enabled business applications including accounting, banking, marketing, trading and retailing. Issues including the legal framework and security, telecommuting, cultural differences, ethics, societal impacts and technology transfer.
