Syllabus:

Analysis and projection of business performance, assessment of credit risk in large borrowing companies, analysis of business failures, interpreting business flows, industry structure analysis, financial analysis in credit risk assessment, project finance, analysis of capital investment decisions, managing problem loans, workouts and receivership.
