Syllabus:

Introduction to the core concepts and methods in recruitment and selection. An analysis of various assessment procedures for use in selecting and/or promoting staff. Introduction to concepts relating to these assessment devices and to the factors involved in making decisions to apply selection assessment procedures. May involved the evaluation of a recruitment and selection systems.
