Introduction

This double major will enable you to work as a curator in a social history museum, as a local heritage officer, research assistant or as part of a team compiling conservation plans and heritage assessments for heritage buildings. This course enables students to examine the development of social, political, cultural and economic forces and their impact upon society, while meeting the professional requirements for a career in the heritage industry.
