Introduction

Designed to meet the needs of those already working in the HRM field, but who do not yet hold a first degree or those who wish to become human resource management/industrial relations professionals. Satisfactory performance in the Graduate Certificate provides entry to the Graduate Diploma course.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

A bachelor degree in a field other than business, economics or commerce, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution. OR Significant professional experience.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applications for recognition of prior learning are not considered within this course.

Duration and Availability

This fee-paying course is one semester full-time or equivalent part-time study. Some units are available in the evening.
